Who handles your information
This page is run by Laura Gentile, author of The No-Guesswork Dry Mix Pantry Cookbook. For any request about your information, simply reply to one of the emails you receive, or use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email.
What we collect and why
Only the first name and email address you type into the form. We use them to deliver your printable kit (jar labels, gift tags, 12-week plan and pantry inventory) and, because you ticked the box, to send you occasional emails with pantry notes, new mixes and news about Laura Gentile's books.
Where it is stored
Your name and email are saved in our contact list on systeme.io, the service we use to send emails, together with two labels: that you asked for the kit and that you agreed to receive emails. We don't collect phone numbers, addresses or payment details. This page is hosted on Netlify. Both services process data under their own privacy policies (systeme.io, Netlify). If you are in the European Economic Area, your data may be transferred outside it with the safeguards required by the GDPR, and the legal basis is your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Your choices
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. To have your information deleted completely, reply to any of our emails with "please delete my data" and we will do it at no cost. You can also ask to see or correct the information we hold about you. We never sell, rent or share your information with anyone, and we don't use it for anything other than what is written here.
Terms of use for the kit
- The printable kit is a free extra for readers of The No-Guesswork Dry Mix Pantry Cookbook.
- You may print and use it at home, for yourself, your family and the jars you give as gifts.
- You may not sell, resell, share online or redistribute the files, or modify them to sell. All rights remain with the author.
- Shelf lives on the labels are conservative estimates for dry mixes stored airtight in a cool, dry, dark place. Check every mix before use and, when in doubt, throw it out. Ingredient brands vary: always read labels for allergens.
- The kit offers general home-cooking information, not medical or nutritional advice.
- We may update the kit or this page. New versions replace earlier ones.
